During the checkout process, enter your credit card information -- then click the "Deferred Payment" box (if available) to have your payments deferred. There's no minimum purchase and no finance charge for up to 90 days on your deferred purchase.
A "defer payment until date" will be given to you on the final checkout screen. This offer is subject to credit approval. Debit and secured credit cards can't be used for deferred billing purchases. Other restrictions may apply.
During the deferment period, no finance charges are assessed on Deferred Billing purchases when you use your La Redoute® Credit Card. After the deferment period ends, the Deferred Billing purchase will be included in your revolving balance and regular credit terms will apply. Accounts are subject to an APR of 22.8%. Minimum Finance Charge is $1.00 based on Average Daily Balance.

The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, shipping & handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an item's backordered, the charge for that (or those) items, including any shipping & handling charges not applied to the original shipment and any taxes won't be charged to your account until the backordered item(s) ships.

Exchanges
Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone by calling us toll-free at (800) 781-9170. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you're returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.
Returns
For return credits for items purchased within 90 days of receipt, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or charge card credit. We'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping & handling charges, and any gift boxing charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. If the item(s) returned were returned after 90 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a merchandise credit, less shipping & handling charges, and any gift boxing charges.
